Our efforts seem to be paying off and hopefully we do not crash and burn in the next phase. The galley, the place where storage is important and the ease of working is key in this small space. I love to cook, and I love all of my equipment. Knowing I have to give up a majority of what I am accustomed to is very hard. I have been spending a lot of time and energy finding ways to downsize, and learning new ways of cooking and preserving food. So designing a small space to have lots of storage and be functional is a challenge. Below is what we are starting with so hopefully this will turn out as nice as the rest of the boat so far.
